Custom and personalised orders

We offer a personal gift message option on all orders . Simply tick the gift box and type your own greeting . It will be added to your order.
If there is a specific item you would prefer not to be included then please ask via message before ordering .

How long does it take to ship my order ?

Please allow up to two working days to process orders . We post out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week .
We use 24hr tracked royal mail parcel post .
We do not make any profit from delivery charges .

When will my order arrive ?

All items are shipped via 1st class royal mail . Typically this takes up to 2 working days but please allow up to 5 before claiming for a lost parcel .

Can I cancel my order ?

As we bake fresh to order we do not accept cancellations as food products are then wasted

Allergies

Unfortunately as we are a small scale kitchen we are not able to cater for food allergies and we cannot guarantee any product is allergen free .

Ingredients

We use only 100% real british butter in our bakes . We never use margarine or oil substitutes . We use locally sourced free range eggs with high welfare stamp .
